My World Rules Mobile V3 Beta Glitch

Hey guys many of you have reported a major glitch for the mobile view for this site and all my other V3 sites which currently includes www.myworldrules.com and apps.myworldrules.com - while more are being programmed!

After looking over my website HTML, CSS, and Java Script code, I am still not able to fix this glitch

Why can't I fix this glitch?

I am currently a student so my major priority is on school.
